Over the winter I have made complaint after complaint to the landlord as well as the property management about repairs needed in my apartment and I got no response. Over the recent month things began to escalate. When I moved in there were minor repairs needed and I informed them and they said they would make the repair report and give me a call and send someone out. I moved into an apartment in August of 2017 that is managed by DMG Realty. I've never left a review for business before that was negative but felt people should know what a terrible company this is before they decide to move into one of their properties. Just a warning anyone thinking of working with these guys, They are negligent and you will waste a lot of time calling, emailing, and eventually threatening them to get anything done. They were going to make us wait a few days until we basically threatened them.

We have reported the issues to them multiple times and they have never gotten back to us.ħ) Bugs all over the shared corridors of the hallways because no one ever comes to clean themĨ) Windows that clearly don't fit in the window pains and frequently fall openĩ) We had to threaten them to fix our heat in the middle of the winter. They continue to come and just paint over the stain despite previously having had mold issues in the unit.Ģ) mold problems that they did not bring a mold specialist in for, but just replace the drywallĤ) a broken toilet that does not flush all the waste downĥ) a DMG employee that harasses the tenants in the building, uses our garbage cans, and trespasses on the property throughout the day and night claiming to be managing the property for DMG. To give you a better idea about the issues we have had here is a list of all of the stuff that has gone unrepaired or unmanaged by DMG:ġ) water damage that is clearly causing issues throughout the building. Recently we called asking when they would be coming to make repairs we submitted and they asked us if someone had come to do the repairs already. The times we have gotten their staff on the phone they don't seem to ever know whats going on. They also never answer their office phone, and I believe they only have one person managing their phone system. The times we have had DMG repair people at our apartment to do repairs, even their own maintenance team tells us they notice repairs in the buildings, but cannot do anything until they get approval from DMG, which they said rarely happens. The neighbor has been harassing the tenants in the building and when we reported it to DMG they never got back to us. They also hired the neighbor of our building to handle some management of the property. We have been reaching out to them regarding repairs for several weeks, and they still have not come to do the repairs.
I would not suggest anyone ever rent from them.
